In the bleached out color of midday, the dots and dashes of flora at the water's edge caught my eye, weaving a dance through grasses and pond reflections. Painted on location at Sawhill Ponds, Boulder on May 17, for NOAPS "Boulder and beyond" plein air competition. Awarded 2nd Place.
